We send an order confirmation email out as soon as your order is placed. Your order confirmation email will come from “Sales BeauByte”. Sometimes confirmation emails are caught in spam or junk folders, so be sure to check there first! If it isn't there, check the status by going to My Orders. If you're still having difficulties, contact: BeauByteCare and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.
