Include in your message the following information:
- Full name (as shown on the order)
- Order Number
- Address (to where the order was shipped)
- Email address (that was used to place the order)
- Product you would like to return
- Reason for your return
- Damaged in shipment
- Wrong item shipped
- Product not as expected
- Allergic reaction
- Return to Sender
- Wrong color
- Already have one
- Other: ______________
- A BeauByteCare Agent will email you a Return Form with a Return Label
- Print and Complete the Return Form
- Package your Return in the original BeauByte packaging (if available)
- Otherwise, pack your Return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
- Print and apply the Prepaid Return Label and mail your Return via United States Postal Service.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If there are any questions, please contact us at: BeauByteCare.
- BeauByte Reward Points earned from product returned will be deducted.
- BeauByte BeauBux earned from product returned will be deducted.
- We will refund the original method of payment. (BeauBux used to purchase the order are refunded first).
