Before you complete your order, you can view the product(s) and the total amount at checkout and make any edits or changes you wish. Unfortunately, you are unable to change your order once you’ve submitted. If the order has not shipped you can request a refund.
From the Menu Navigation Icon:
- Tap My Orders
- Tap the Order
- Tap Request Refund
You will get a pop-up message confirming your refund request.
